All Too Well: The Short Film

Taylor Swift wrote and directed this 10-minute extended treatment of her song “All Too Well,” telling the story of a young writer (played by Sadie Sink) who falls in love with an older man (Dylan O’Brien) — only to deal with the ramifications of the relationship as it slowly crumbles.

Ball & Vase

Austin Pendleton plays a lonely, widowed elderly magician, who, after learning his grandson won’t be able to visit him at Christmas, returns to the pub he used to frequent with his wife. Features cinematography from Idan Menin. 

The Blanket

This Finnish drama follows 10-year-old Marja, who is sent to retrieve milk for her baby brother and encounters dangerous obstacles in the wintry, icy landscape.

Burrros

Twenty miles from the Mexican border in southern Arizona, a young Indigenous girl stumbles upon a Latina migrant her age who has been separated from her father while attempting the crossing into the United States.

Life Rendered

Mulaquat 

In Karachi, Pakistan, a schoolgirl named Zara is blackmailed by her boyfriend after sending him an intimate video of herself dancing. In the aftermath, Zara seeks the inner power to exist outside the constraints of a patriarchal culture.

Night Ride

Winner of the best narrative short award at Tribeca 2022, Night Ride tells the story of Ebba, who, after waiting for a train on a crisp winter evening, ends up on a surprising adventure as she makes her way home.

Ousmane
Ousmane tells the story of its title character, an immigrant from Burkina Faso living in Montreal who returns from work one evening to find his elderly neighbor disoriented in the hallway.
Remembering

Starring Oscar winner Brie Larson, Remembering follows a writer who forgets an important idea that occurred to her just as her phone rang. In her quest to remember, her inner child leads the audience on a journey through her imagination.

Sideral

A cleaner and a mechanic live with their children near a space center in Natal, on the coast of Brazil, where the country is preparing to send its first manned rocket into outer space.

We Cry Together
Kendrick Lamar co-directs this adaptation of his track “We Cry Together” and stars alongside Zola actress Taylour Paige. The short film tells the story of a couple who become embroiled in a furious argument before falling into makeup sex on the couch.
